Ownership and Agreement

This website and the Wishbee.ai platform (the "Service") are owned and operated by Complete AI IT Services, a trade name (DBA) of Complete Attire LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Wishbee.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Use of Service

You agree to use Wishbee.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
  • Misuse automated or AI features (including the Wishbee AI Assistant) to abuse, overload, scrape, or circumvent technical limits or security

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Wishbee. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our service.

User-Generated Content

When you create wishlists, share gift collections, or post content on Wishbee, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you post and that it does not violate the rights of others.

Payments, Service Fee & Stripe Policies

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Service Fee: Once a gift goal is reached and our AI has performed the coordination, the service fee is non-refundable.

Refund Policy: As a service-based platform, Wishbee fees are for the coordination of gifting. Retailer refunds are subject to the specific store's policy. Please contact support for refund requests regarding Wishbee fees.

Delivery Policy: Wishbee coordinates the funding; physical delivery is handled by the third-party merchant selected by the user.

Cancellation: Users can cancel a gift pool at any time before the funding goal is met without incurring our service fee.

Financial Transactions

All financial settlements, including "Settle Balance" payouts, refunds, and Wishbee Credits, are processed and managed by Complete Attire LLC.

Affiliate Disclosure & Commercial Relationship

Wishbee is a shopping and group gifting platform. We want to be transparent about how we keep the lights on. Wishbee participates in various affiliate marketing programs. This means that when you click on a product link or "clip" an item to your wishlist and a purchase is later made, we may receive a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Our AI-powered tools (including our product extraction and tagging features and the Wishbee AI Assistant) are designed to provide convenience and suggestions. However, the presence of a product on Wishbee does not constitute an endorsement. Assistant replies are informational only; see the Wishbee AI Assistant — Terms & Conditions section.

Wishbee AI Assistant — Terms & Conditions

This section governs the Wishbee AI Assistant (the "Assistant"): the optional chat experience available on Wishbee.ai. By opening or continuing a conversation with the Assistant, you agree to this section together with the rest of these Terms of Use.

Nature of the service

The Assistant uses automated systems (which may include artificial intelligence models and third-party orchestration or hosting services) to generate responses. It is provided for convenience, may produce imperfect results, and may be modified, rate-limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

No warranty; accuracy

Assistant output may be wrong, incomplete, offensive, or outdated and may misrepresent products, prices, policies, or facts. The Assistant is not a substitute for your own judgment or for confirming details with retailers, payment providers, or official sources before you purchase, donate, share personal data, or take similar actions on Wishbee or elsewhere.

Not professional advice

Nothing the Assistant says is legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. For those matters, consult a qualified professional.

Payments and account actions

The Assistant does not process payments and should not be treated as an authorization channel for charges or account changes. Complete transactions and sensitive account steps only through Wishbee's designated secure flows (for example checkout, wallet, and account settings).

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Assistant only in connection with lawful, good-faith use of Wishbee and in line with these Terms. Without limiting the rest of these Terms, you must not:

  • Submit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content, or attempt to generate such content through the Assistant.
  • Prompt the Assistant to violate anyone's rights, mislead others, or impersonate Wishbee, another user, or any third party.
  • Use the Assistant to probe, disrupt, or circumvent our or our vendors' security, quotas, or policies (including "jailbreak" or extraction attempts aimed at system prompts or non-public information).
  • Automate abusive volumes of requests, scrape conversations, or use the Assistant to train external models without our prior written consent.

Sensitive and confidential information

Do not enter full payment card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, government ID numbers, full account numbers, detailed health information, or other highly sensitive personal data into the chat. Do not disclose confidential information about third parties unless you are legally entitled to share it. Use official Wishbee channels for support issues that require verifying your identity.

Data and processing

Your messages may be transmitted to and processed by Complete Attire LLC and its subprocessors to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Assistant and the Service. Processing is subject to our Privacy Policy (where applicable) and applicable law. We do not guarantee retention periods or that conversations will be available for export.

Intellectual property

Wishbee and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, the Assistant, and underlying technology. Subject to your ownership of content you lawfully provide, we may use feedback and interaction data you provide through the Assistant to improve our products without owing you compensation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Relationship to the rest of these Terms

Your use of the Assistant is part of your use of Wishbee.ai and is subject to these Terms of Use in full, including Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution. If you do not agree with this section, do not use the Assistant.

No Warranty on Third-Party Retailers

Wishbee is not responsible for the shipping, quality, availability, or fulfillment of products from external stores (e.g., Amazon or other retailers). Products may go out of stock or change in price. Users purchase directly from the merchant, and any issues with delivery or product quality are between the user and the retailer.

Intellectual Property

All content on Wishbee.ai, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wishbee.ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPLETE AI IT SERVICES, ITS PARENT COMPANY COMPLETE ATTIRE LLC, OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WISHBEE.AI SERVICE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL COMPLETE ATTIRE LLC BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPLETE ATTIRE LLC ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR PRODUCT DATA (INCLUDING OUTPUTS FROM THE WISHBEE AI ASSISTANT CHAT FEATURE); (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICE; (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; AND (IV) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPLETE ATTIRE LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WISHBEE.AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & BINDING ARBITRATION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. YOU AND COMPLETE ATTIRE LLC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF WISHBEE.AI WILL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN A COURT OF LAW. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN THE STATE WHERE COMPLETE ATTIRE LLC IS REGISTERED, PURSUANT TO THE CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. We reserve the right to ban users who use the group funding feature for fraudulent purposes or who otherwise abuse the service. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, including terms that apply to the Wishbee AI Assistant. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our site and updating the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law & LLC Protection

All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Wishbee service shall be governed by the laws of the state where Complete Attire LLC is registered. Complete Attire LLC operates the Wishbee platform, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
